The Hektar.app was created to survey land. Hectare.app is self explanatory and can be used without technical background. The stronger the GPS signal is, the faster and more precise Hectare.app will show results - the minimum area is 0.01 ha (= 100 m²). As far as no (expensive) pricise or certified survey results are required, Hectare.app will provide reliable data and a structured protocol.
The free version of Hectare.app allows you to get to familiarize yourself with the app. Hectare.app is fully functional but doesn't show results other than the side lenghts or the circumference. To see the size of the area simply unlock the feature by purchase.
No recordings created with the free version will get lost, you can still open and edit them after the purchase.

Accuracy?
I’m doubting just how accurate this is; I’ve got it set on acres, and it won’t show anything that’s not in certain increments. 4.94 acres, then 9.88, then won’t move until the next time it coincides with something in that series: Easy to use, but if it’s not accurate it’s useless.
This app is crap.
Don't waste your money on an app that doesn't work right. There are only three options, start, stop and delete. This is not what I was looking for.
