Useless app, is this app even working

I’ve been trying for months to get in this app. It never moves past the login/register page. Please fix!

Been trying to register on the app for months now still not working

This app is not functional. Tried to create a problem when I’m supposed to enter my OTO it says invalid. All of a sudden it says I account exists. So I went back and requested for a password turns out there is no record

This app is a waste of time, can’t access info you want and can’t give feedback, it’s better to use the internet site

App does not even deserve a star. I can’t retrieve my username. I tried to register and it said the ID number exists. I tried to retrieve my username, it says ID number is not found.

Good day. Ive encountered problems with the app. It does not allow me to log in. Similar problem to one of the reviews. Its loading, but then it stops and I still can not log in. Please assist, its been doing that since I have downloaded the app. I urgently need my digital card for hospital purposes.

When I try to login it says no record found, but when I register it says record exists. I have been trying to login for the whole year.

After putting your details so that you can register it keeps on saying there is a problem with the server. You can’t register

The app doesn’t work. When I try to login it keeps loading then goes blank. I’ve deleted and reinstalled the app twice but still experiencing the same issue.
