This app is rubbish, I also tried the website it just blank on every option
Can’t Login
You literally can’t login after registration. So annoying cause the call centre agents will keep referring you to this dumpster. Don’t waste your time downloading this.

The GEMS consultants keep referring to the app and saying we must use it etc. but they dont get that it doesn’t function?! It’s frustrating really
