Very slow processing
Very slow processing, too many details to be asked before approval. If negative star is available it will be always negative review.
NO PROVIDERS CONTACTS
Why I can't see any providers feature in the app? How can I ask for an LOA?
Claims Reimbursement Feature
App crashed while trying to add a claim. Was not even saved as draft.
No LOA despite saying approved
Approval is fast but you they will not send LOA to your email. You have to call their hotline, wait for an hour, so you can ff up. That’s the only time you will receive LOA. Very inconvenient. Also no replies will be given to you. Do you just have a bot to automatic reply with approve?
Cannot connect to the server
I have been trying to connect by bank account multiple times now but I am experiencing this error that says ‘Cannot connect to the server, make sure you have internet connection’ even though I am connected to our wifi. Also tried it with mobile data but still the same. Tried to reinstall the app but that didn’t resolved the problem.

I cant sign in as every after i input the otp it says “an error has occured” and has been like that for quite a while.
Overall - Bad Experience with Generali
The app is not working. Registration is extremely difficult. Up until now i could not register. I tried all options none work. Extremely long wait time on phone queue. Limited coverage.
Bug when filing reimbursement
When filing a reimbursement, upon entering OR Amount the app crashes if the amount entered contains decimal places.
