I have a power service that is free electricity at night and yet my battery never chargers even though it is at 5%. It only charger in the day with solar and electricity supply. That just does not seems right. Electricity will charge the battery but only in the day when the rate is very high. If I have battery charge left at night it all gets used up. I have to constantly change the minimum level to try and compensate. There has to be a better system.

Very disappointed in service. I spent 70,000.00 dollars on a system that has had multiple device errors and are off line. No response from anyone. To come and fix let alone you all see it’s functionality. I have contacted an attorney for guidance. Due to your systems contract breach with the functionality of such an expensive system I have been informed by my legal council to terminate our contractual agreement between us without punishment I have several thousand in the system already and will sort out what I legally own and who ever represents your company and services need to schedule an appointment to come and remove/ repair any damages to my residence and its roof when you remove it. If you do not agree to my dissatisfaction and grievance then someone needs to address the dtysfunctioning equipment and repair what’s been off line for quite some time now. The credits lost and any other issues. You have my contact info on file and like I have records of what’s been in error. You can also see them. Fix it or get it off my roof.

App does not accurately display usage

Don’t invest in solar back up for your home!

There is time to include the Blackstart Battery Status on the app. Like you included PV Link status recently , please include this gear. It is important and so crucial to know when It needs replacement. Imagine arriving in my house and I discover all PWRcell is shutted off for some reason, and I can not restart my System because Blackstart Battery is empty. How I will know that I needed replacement before? Thanks for your help.

I have used app with problems for 2 years. Recently went to open app on ny ohine and app is blank. Tried reinstalling — same issue left with non functional app and no support services!!!

I have been using this app for about 3 years. They just recently updated with additional features and I love the changes. I like how the owners keeps improving this app. I am glad the app owners continue to support additional features. Thanks!

The new app update looked up the app when went into the system mode area.

I installed this a couple of years ago. Worked pretty good. Then an update came and then another and I haven’t been able to see anything since. I am very disappointed with the reliability of this system. Two stars for when it was working.
