By far!…this is thee worst banking app I’ve seen. Unlike US Bank’s app where you can move money between personal and business accounts, you simply cannot do this with this General Electric app. I have to leave my house, and find a FAR in between ATM of theirs (which is very few) to withdraw cash from my personal checking just to redeposit that same money into my business account. This is horrible.

App is chaotic and straight out of 2012. Making a payment should not be so difficult. Accessible info/data is also very limited.

If you’re a customer of GECU this is the only app option, so it’s not like you can say, “oh, but I like this other app better than this one.” Still it does what it’s supposed to do and have some cool features.

Sometimes it works sometimes it dont this is what wee have to look forward to with banking wanting to go digital. And they wonder why ppl are pushing ti keep physical currency around

Disappointed that Face ID no longer works.

It’s stress free and it’s the best ever, I am not afraid of defaulting. All my payments are on time. I love it.
