Si la recomiendo mucho lo que sugiero es que abran la opción para depositar cheques por foto. Pues la vida aquí es muy complicada para venir al banco por falta de tiempo.

I like the fact that I can access my savings or checking account easily. I also like the “roundup” savings feature.

Easy to use and a great time saver for making mobile deposits.

The last bank I used had a Jack Henry technology system that was much more robust, better features and had a better look as well. I might even change banks over it and have been disappointed with the SYB app. German American Bank has a better app. Independence Bank looks better too, not happy with SYB technology at all, for a Bank it’s size it is surprising how poor it is.

Like the app and the service

Have been using the app since CWBT closed and it took a little getting used to. But now it does exactly what I need it to do. Really like having access to my accts and the ability to pay different loans via transfer between accts.

The Kroger app is one of the most difficult to set up and to use of all the apps I have. I am a Kroger employee working in customer service for over half my time at work. Many times I have tried to help a customer set it up on their phone and can easily see why they are frustrated. Over 50% of the time you can not access the store system to download coupons while in the store. While trying to help then set up the app, over 50% of the time I encounter a pop up saying the Kroger plus card they have cannot be set up on the app. Even getting a new card is extremely hard to set up. Some of these attempts have been done on an iPhone 15. I do the majority of my shopping on Friday because of the 4X fuel points. I download my ecoupons Thursday night and plan my shopping trip. This brings me to another problem with how Kroger uses their coupons. I spend almost 2 hours planning my shopping trip which almost negates the savings I get. The weekly flyer is not set up to inform customers of potential savings, but to confuse the shopper. When will Kroger corporate learn to KISS (keep it simple stupid). When I started in food service in 1969 one of my mentors explained to me that a customer has two things to spend: money and time and they would rather spend money than time. This last week was one of the most frustrating of my weekly shopping trips, I made sure that all my ecoupons were downloaded, but when I reached the store and opened the app I was greeted with a screen notifying me that I had NO ecoupons downloaded. It is time Kroger started polling their in store customer service reps and start trying to build a smart app that anyone can easily use. While at it, come up with a better way to use weekly sales to drive sales without wasting customers time and patience.

When my best friend, several years ago wondered why I still sat in a pile of bills envelopes and stamps with check book and drove myself crazy. I asked what else could I do . I dreaded it every month. WOW, she introduced me to online banking and bill pay. I am very happy with this. YAY!
