This is app is probably the most used training app I've have gotten on my phone. I always lean back on the suggestions given to me, and i find that it works really well!
Really a great app to better listen to yourself and not overtrain, while being ensured you’ll still make progress with rest. The ability to project 2-3 days of fitness with rest is great. It’s really good at detecting when you’re nearing your limit. I’ve caught myself multiple times starting an exercise despite the app telling me I shouldn’t, only to realise I can’t complete it.
It's great for staying on track as well as knowing when to rest.
I love how the app gives you a simple overview of progress and keeps me on the right track. I usually run a bit to hard when I feel well and strain myself, this helps me to do hold back abit. Best I’ve ever had!
I really like the concept of this app, but the thing that keeps me from subscribing is the lack of Strava integration. I really like the social part of Strava and want to be able to sync my gentler activities automatically!
Really like the app it has almost everything I need only thing I wish they would add is a way to add a note to a workout just something simple, would be amazing! other then that 10/10

This is EXACTLY what I always needed. I always struggled with exercise and suffer from obesity and chronic stress. This app helps me exercise AND rest just the right amount. I already feel my stress levels going down and my feelings towards exercise changing from “necessary evil” to “rewarding activity that actually makes me feel better”. Life changing!
