Gesa Digital Banking

This app was 5* at one point…the new update is awful, it’s laggy and slow, looks like a 5 year old created it.

The bank is great. The app updates are terrible.

Genuinely speaking Gesa is a good bank. But this app never works, it takes a whole century to load just to never load, it constantly says error. It doesn’t even let me see my checking account transactions.

I love the credit union but ever since the latest “update” of their banking app, it is incredibly, painfully slow. Almost unusable.

Loved the app before but the latest update is not good. Slow, unresponsive, and just generally buggy.

I loved the Gesa app before the update that came out two weeks ago. Now the app is slow and lagging like crazy. It wont let me open up any of my accounts to view them and the overall look of the app is not as aesthetic.

This newest update has ruined the app! It takes forever and it’s always glitching! It’s so frustrating!!

Since the recent update, it’s been worse. It’s so slow, it always used to be a little slow but now it is a hassled to check accounts. Please update this Gesa.

The new version of the app is horrible. It’s extremely slow and the UI is way off. You can always see a back button even though they have a tab bar. It takes like 5 seconds after every tap to do anything. I’d bet money this was a slapped together hybrid app built in react native or flutter or something similar. Looks and works nothing like an iOS app. 12/9/24: after a recent update thing have gotten way worse. You cannot click on the buttons in the app now, nothing works. App is completely unusable.
