The subcategory tab for when logging maintenance requests can be limiting as it only allows you to log issues with the hob, fridge/ freezer, and dishwasher. I had an issue with my windows and wasn’t sure how to log it on the app. Might have to email the maintenance team directly instead which makes the app redundant.

Very good app easy to use
I’ve lived in plenty of places that don’t have a concierge and their own app. What sets Get Living apart isn’t this app, but it sure helps. Very useful and convenient.
Seem to be some ongoing issues and bugs with the app currently which is making the user experience a little frustrating. But love the concept and when all the kinks get worked put I’m sure it will be great.
Options within the app are poor and often reporting faults dont have the correct category and sub-category

I highly recommend GetLiving to anyone. I recently celebrated my second year with them, and I've encountered no problems thus far. Their support is incredibly responsive and helpful, genuinely striving to resolve any issues you encounter. While the application is relatively basic, it functions are working and delivers on its promises.
