The app is very intuitive to use and lets to request/ raise a variety of issues. The team replies promptly and issues are usually resolved within a week.

The worldpY payment system is slow and complicated. It doesn’t seem to always work easily

Not a good idea to rent this place. The maintenance team is so incompetent and slow.

The categories for requesting service and maintenance are incredibly poor. They have things like ‘bath plug’ and ‘sink plug’ but don’t have things like ‘loss of heating’.

So - I need to report that the garage doors to Clay and Potters is open - there is NOTHING on drop down menu for that. Similarly - many items for maintenance are not included on your drop down menu. App and resident forum very clunky to use and slow to post .

User friendly

Used to work well now the app crashes when I try to submit maintenance requests. Sometimes if I delete and reinstall it works again but even that’s not working today. My phone is less than a year old and fully updated.
