GetHabit: Create a Better Me

Inexistent customer support. Wrote them an email for an issue & 5 days later I still haven’t heard from them. Also, if you get the plan through their offer in instagram / another app, they say you’ll get lifetime access to the app. But when you install the app, it doesn’t have anywhere to introduce your email address & download already purchased things, so it asks you to re-purchase a lifetime pass. Lovely, isn’t it?

Although il looks very good, this app has a lot of things it should revise. Also, it should revise the payment options: very big difference from 10$ to 30$ all of theese amounts being a ‘discount’! Nowhere to get your money back. Pay attention to what you pay!

the app is full of ads and bugs. I will break them down below. the first moment you’re navigating through challenges and ad is thrown up in your face and this happens for every single challenge. when you are about to start one you’re promoted to give some sort of rating even though you haven’t done anything thus far aside from watching the same cycle of ads over and over again. no matter what star you pick in that rating system that shows up when you want to start a challenge it will start buffering to no end until you tap on x to close the rating system. there is literally no information within the daily challenges as it’s just a mere check list with potential challenge and the whole “start the challenge” thing is just to let you check each one daily I guess. statistics is broken, not showing anything aside from a calendar. the tasks: you can create tasks and list of tasks which is nice but once you complete the tasks you have created the task is gone forever and it’s not showing anywhere not even on statistics. should have a way to see completed tasks though. I would also have expected accepting a challenge to create me a couple of tasks or some habits. read it’s okayish but just 5 articles there and again those annoying ads showing up each time you want to read something. habits: potentially good but again it’s just some sort of tasks list. the reminder is broken and the button to save the reminder as well. tried to add one habit and i wasn’t able to add reminder on it nor duration of it as nothing gets saved. also the remove from schedule has some sort of delay as i had to remove twice in order to actually work. the app has potential and i am looking forward to see how it gets improved in the upcoming future.

I bought full acces for this aplication and every time when i entry, i have this “ buy full acces” :)) Wtf? it

This is such a scam. I tried the app, it didn’t work. I asked for a refund and they want me to jump through hoops to get my money back. It isn’t transferable across devices and they are so dishonest. I want to give this app zero stars.

most people will see this app as nothing useful, but you are wrong, this app can help you increase your tiny wins into a better future and help you break away from your bad habit. I use this app to grow and better myself.

They have duplicate billed me thre months in a row and have not responded to any of my communication about this issue. Do not sign up with them! I’ve tried cancelling my subscription but it continues to say active Response from customer service “ do apologize for any inconvenience yet the user himself activates one's account and we are unable to monitor every double-subscription case since there is a huge number of such mistakes.”

I bought a lifetime membership because I saw an ad I liked and the reviews were good. WORST APP! There’s barely anything worth 30$ on here and the ads are so false from what it is! I WANT A REFUND! EDIT TO ADD: I was told I could get a refund. When I contacted them they told me that my Apple ID email was unable to be found. I sent receipt showing that I paid for it and it even had the order ID and everything. These people are running me in circles trying everything possible not to give me a refund. This is ridiculous. Update: after two weeks they continue to ask me if I want a refund. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE. I will be reporting this to Apple to have this awful app removed

Me descontaron 31.96$ en un segundo descuento sin estar autorizado por mi y supuestamente solo pagaría 0,99 por una prueba de una semana. Ni se les ocurra dar sus datos de pago. Envie un correo y dicen que están colapsados debido a que tienen alta demanda. Me precio un Robo y falta de respeto que me hayan descontado sin previa autorización. No los recomiendo para nada.

They claim $40 gets you lifetime access to the app - what’s not obvious is every article within the app is then available for further purchase. What you get is a rather skinny “journal” with a timer that you record “habits” into. Waste of money! And customer support is disappointing to say the least. They should be taken off Apple.
