i wanna cancel my subcription but i don't know how to do it? sorry, my english not well :((

This app charged my card while I don't know it. They have a trick about trial, you trial, you pay 0.96$. After 4 days, They continue charge 31.96 USD. I cannot cancel the membership

This app has charged me 6 times already and I cannot discontinue the subcription! The app is completely useless!!

Terrible experience, borderlining scam. Immediately force you buy a hefty subscription even before getting in the app. They do this trick where they show a limited offer (with 1m) countdown for 50% off lifetime subscription. I almost fell for it. The app itself is pretty basic and unfriendly. E.g. no feature to choose the start date of your habit; and why is the first home tab is the premade challenges? It’s not like your user want a new 10day challenges every time they open the app?

I got charged twice. The page opened to three choices of subscription and I chose the lifetime access. Then a pop-up showed that I get a 50%off for this deal if I subscribe within one hour. So I did. My account is now showing me that I got charged for the original subscription price + the 50% price. I’m trying to send email through the support but just showing a pop-up message, “Failed to send email” 😫

This is such a scam. I tried the app, it didn’t work. I asked for a refund and they want me to jump through hoops to get my money back. It isn’t transferable across devices and they are so dishonest. I want to give this app zero stars.

most people will see this app as nothing useful, but you are wrong, this app can help you increase your tiny wins into a better future and help you break away from your bad habit. I use this app to grow and better myself.

They have duplicate billed me thre months in a row and have not responded to any of my communication about this issue. Do not sign up with them! I’ve tried cancelling my subscription but it continues to say active Response from customer service “ do apologize for any inconvenience yet the user himself activates one's account and we are unable to monitor every double-subscription case since there is a huge number of such mistakes.”

I bought a lifetime membership because I saw an ad I liked and the reviews were good. WORST APP! There’s barely anything worth 30$ on here and the ads are so false from what it is! I WANT A REFUND! EDIT TO ADD: I was told I could get a refund. When I contacted them they told me that my Apple ID email was unable to be found. I sent receipt showing that I paid for it and it even had the order ID and everything. These people are running me in circles trying everything possible not to give me a refund. This is ridiculous. Update: after two weeks they continue to ask me if I want a refund. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE. I will be reporting this to Apple to have this awful app removed

Me descontaron 31.96$ en un segundo descuento sin estar autorizado por mi y supuestamente solo pagaría 0,99 por una prueba de una semana. Ni se les ocurra dar sus datos de pago. Envie un correo y dicen que están colapsados debido a que tienen alta demanda. Me precio un Robo y falta de respeto que me hayan descontado sin previa autorización. No los recomiendo para nada.
