Güzel fikir, kötü hizmet
Moov-getir iyi bir düşünce ve faydalı bir uygulama. Ancak hizmette çok büyük sorunlar var. Ne zaman bir nedenle mağdur olsam, Moov benim yanımda değil. 2 yıldır kullanıyorum ve daha bir işi düzgün halledebildiğini görmedim.
Bir şekilde beni zarara uğratıyor bu şirket.
Bana boş depo araba veriyor, ben kendi zamanımdan ve paramdan harcıyorum depoyu doldurabilmek için ve MOOV bunun için bana ekstra zaman bile vermiyor. Petrol ofisine gitmediğim zaman, paramı bile ödemiyor. Ben sanki moov’un özel şoförüyüm. Yenileyin artık hizmetinizi.
Park ücreti geri iade etmiyor, onun dışında sorun çıkmazsa iyi uygulama
- öncelikle ekşi sözlükteki rezalet başlıklarına göz atabilirsiniz, çok sıkıntılı olabiliyor. sıkıntı çıktığında bu meblağlar başımı ağrıtmaz derseniz uygulamayı kullanın.
arabayı ispark park yerinden alırken ücreti siz ödüyorsunuz. sonra size kupon tanımlıyorlar.
Saçmalık, bunun yerine:
- direkt niye parayı geri yatırmıyorsunuz?
- tekniken aynı şey ama en azından bir wallet(cüzdan) gibi bir sistem olsun, kupon ne kadar kullanışsız bir olay.
- veya, sürüş sonunda park ücretini sor, kullanıcı ücret girsin. OCR kullanarak sonra fiş üzerindeki değeri doğrula. ona göre karttan park ücretini düşüp çek parayı. ??? sözde ”getir” teknolojisi sanırım.

Gerçi arabada blackbox gibi bir şey olup, bu şekilde kullananları banlama veya ücreti arttırma yapıyorlar mı bilmiyorum.
bir kere farı açık unuttum otomatik kapanmıyormuş o araçta, sesli uyarı da yapmadı. aracı geri kiralayıp kapatmak zorunda kaldım.(büyük ihtimalle araç belli bir süre sonra kapatıyordur ama, riske atmadım) neyse bu durumda müşteri hizmetleri ile iletişimçok kolay değil. başka bir ülkede benzeri bir uygulama kullanıyorum, böyle bir durumda 2dk içinde yardımcı oluyorlar
