I checked the same boat rentals on other platforms and they are alot much cheaper. This app takes service fees which is stated in their “fine print” when booking, but not clearly stated as non-refundable. All bookings are actually NOT FULLY REFUNDED to you and a huge portion of your money is deducted by the platform. I am assuming that’s how they make their money but for an app that claims to have “risk-free” bookings, make sure you are 100% sure before confirming your booking and ensure that you have communicated everything beforehand if you do not wish to be at loss. Worst customer service as well!! I definitely would not recommend this app or platform

3 hours around Biscayne Bay. Captain Chistopher was perfect. Friendly, professional and chill. He provided a bottle of Champagne and water in s cooler. Water was vital, Champagne was a nice touch.

I recently had my booking cancelled 2 days prior to my rental that I made 2 months in advance with no help on re-booking through the company. I had confirmed on the app and paid in full. Apparently it was a “logistics” issue with the app letting multiple customers book for the same day. Would not use again! & terrible customer service.

Booked a boat ,they guy rerented to another person who took 1 more hours.Calling costumer service they dont give a fok on me my time and my money.Told me you will get your money back up to 30 days..Like the worst costumer service i ever had.Try any other site just not this .🫵

Get My boat is a wonderful way to rent a boat when visiting other places we are boatowners on an inland lake in Alabama and always enjoy renting boats when we visit other places, especially in Florida. We have had great experiences with the Get My boat onners and it seems much more convenient than trailering our Boat long distances. We highly recommend using Get My boat for anyone who has never tried it. We tell many people and they always download the app.

I used the app and I never did anything wrong there just because I asked for the customer's phone number so I could arrange the details of the tour because I was working and driving to be more agile they suspended my account harming me and making me lose money and I had a reservation through the other app that I had already canceled to give preference to GetmyBoat which harmed me and made me lose money

Since I’m not able to leave a review to the vendor here I am telling you my experience with this app. Kevin from San Diego decided to cancel my booking without even trying to renegotiate the stipulated time because he doubled book me. According to the agreement the vendor can cancel last minute due to weather and mechanical issues, double booking is not one of them. Since this was not my fault I call to get a the refund and they informed me that this was going to take between 5 to 10 business days so here we are boat less and money less to be able to rent another boat that is in our budget. Definitely not recommended.

No need to buy a boat when you can rent it so easily
