Which insurance products are available?

In Germany, we cover the following areas: liability and legal, living and mobility, health, finance and occupation.

In Austria, you can take out liability and legal insurance with Getsafe.

In the United Kingdom, we offer home insurance as well as buildings and contents insurance.

Weird Underwriting Practises

Made no claims, all premiums paid then at renewal received this. I wouldn’t trust them anymore. “we’ve been reviewing the insurance risk criteria of our UK customers. As a result, we’ve had to take the difficult decision to not renew any policies at this time. Unfortunately, this means we’re unable to offer a renewal of your insurance policy. We understand that this is an inconvenience for you, and sincerely apologise.”

Dropped the service quicker than I thought

Received random email telling me they will no longer be covering the uk for my insurance, thanks what do I do in lest than 3 weeks now

Low cost sufficient insurance no hassle

Needed to cancel Insurance due to my Father going into a home

Called Getsafe Insurance and the call was answered within a matter of a couple of minutes, cancelled and received a confirmation email as soon as the call was ended. Customer Service from the gentleman was Excellent.

Very good system in place

Exceptional customer service

I made a claim after accidentally breaking my laptop. I wasn’t able to pursue the claim due to being seriously unwell for some months. As there was a huge delay o was concerned I wouldn’t be able to continue with the claim. But the chap I spoke to yesterday was empathetic to my illness and was very helpful. He said he would email the team that deal with claims and assured me it would not be an issue. This is a really good company that puts the customer first. Thank you
