He came 2-3 minutes after I order the taxi. He was very friendly, with my kids too. He drives good and safety. I recommend him.

I liked it, although I expected a confirmation when I payed (it happened automatically when the driver wrote the fare).

The only reason I would use this app is because I don't speak the local language (Russian) to order a cab over the phone. I was quite happy with it until today, when twice I ordered a taxi, both called me asking me to cancel the order after they they took it up and charged my card with the test amount. Now the app thinks that I cancel the rides randomly and will soon block me. When I called customer support and chose the English menu, the system automatically hung up on me. Had to ask someone to call me a taxi over the phone.
