Not reliable
I used your APP when I arrived in Tel Aviv Airport, and from the beginning everything went wrong. In addition to your driver not being at the place designated by the APP, he did not keep the trip active, canceling it soon after called my name, and guide me to his car. The car was the same as in APP so I trusted him. During the trip the car on the APP didn’t move at all. After I arrived at the destination he asked if I can pay by cash because was easier. I refused and he changed is face and open the door and we leave. Charged me twice for the APP, 1 ₪ (later returned) and then another 200 ₪ for the ride. As far as I know, the value is around 150 at most. I also send photos of both the bank account and your APP. I hope in future other passengers don’t live this kind of experience. We trust in a company to be reliable and to provide a transparent service. This was not the case.
