It is very good could be better
It quite reliable but sometimes scheduling a pick up has left me hanging. Delayed confirmation of pickup or no confirmation at all. Had to go through the app chat (telephone call center was unable to answer) to confirm that somebody was fulfilling the pickup. A little hectic if you’re on your way to the airport!

I like Gett a lot. It’s an easy app to use ! But I particularly like the drivers . They all know many things about london . Whatever question you make about things you see on the way , they are able to elaborate . The cars are always clean and spacious . They are defiantly more expensive than uber ... But most of the time it’s worth the treat ....
