have been working as a driver with GetTransfer for a while, and my overall experience with the service was good until recently. Unfortunately, I have encountered a significant issue regarding the non-payment of my earnings for the trips I completed since June 2024. Despite my repeated attempts to contact customer service via email and phone calls, I have not received any clear responses or practical solutions. All I’ve gotten are empty promises with no tangible results. This long delay has had a major impact on my financial situation, as I rely on this income to cover my monthly expenses. I am deeply disappointed by this experience and hope that GetTransfer takes this matter more seriously. If this delay continues, I may have to take legal action to ensure I receive my dues. I just wanted to warn other drivers about facing the same issue I am currently dealing with."

I haven’t been paid going on 4 months. This is inhumane and should illegal. Also how did they get from 1.5 star to 4 star. Is apple now working with this criminals?

I took a ride on July 4, 2024 and I still haven't been paid. They tell me it's slightly delayed.

I don't recommend even downloading or creating an account on this app. It looks like a scammer because I completed one trip and the second ride passenger didn't show up when I canceled the ride then I didn't receive pay for both rides. It has not any contact number just a text message.

Esta aplicación paga cuando le da la gana el soporte técnico es malísimo tardan mucho en responder cuando de un problema se trata pero si ellos te escriben quieren que les respondan de inmediato aparte te roban tu dinero yo ya perdí más de 300$ con viajes realizados que no me pagaron y cuando llegue a buscar a los pasajeros y nunca llegaron tampoco me los pagaron

No se sabe quien es mas mentiroso, si el que escribe por aqui por donde te envian a Soporte, a van 3 semanas que le cobraron al cliente y a mi no me pagan, esta aplicación solo sirve para que cuando le hagas los servicios te quedes con los clientes y los saques de la aplicación, aqui es Estados Unidos hay que hacer un ejemplo y demandarlos por abusos de contrato

This company does not pay the drivers, they only send you messages that they have problems and that soon you will be paid but everything is a lie, do not fall for their game they are scammers and the saddest thing is that they charge the passengers first and then they do not pay the drivers, I do not recommend these scammers, all the drivers have the same problem with them. When you want to work, do Uber drive, it's the best travel company, but Gettransfer is a scam 👆 👆
