Die App ist in erster Linie darauf ausgelegt, das Zielgewicht welches man definiert durch Erinnerung und Motivation zu erreichen. Mit jedem neuen Eintrag errechnet sich der BMI neu, das ist super. Die Fortschritte werden grafisch dargestellt 👍. Was verbessert werden müsste sind die Aufgaben welche man bekommt. Zum Beispiel Wasser trinken, spazieren usw, dort fehlt meiner Meinung nach Menge bzw. Volumen. Ich hoffe, dass man an der Stelle die App noch optimiert. Aber weiterempfehlen kann ich die App auf jeden Fall.

Die Ansicht ist schön dargestellt und sehr modern gegenüber den anderen Apps, die es aktuell auf den Markt gibt! Leider hilft die Pro Version nicht wirklich die Daten anzuzeigen, die ich sonst per Stift und Zettel mit errechnen wollte, auch ist die Darstellung des Verlauf‘s nicht wirklich sonderlich aussagekräftig!

Tolle App, Körperfettanteil fehlt noch
Ich nutze die App schon länger, das einzige das mit noch fehlt ist die Dokumentation vom Körperfettanteil.

Sehr gute App um langfristig motiviert zu bleiben, sich Gewohnheiten zu schaffen und den Überblick zu behalten.
Das einzige was schade ist, ist dass man keine Herausforderungen selbst erstellen kann! Das wäre toll wenn man das ändern könnte.
