Sad only 4 stars so you can see it
I went and purchased this was a waste of money for me I have the iPhone 13 Pro Max and it won’t work with my phone so maybe if you have something other than the phone I have don’t buy it do your research first.
Do not buy
I have tried several times and the wall plugs/outlets will not connect to the app. East of time and money!!!
Light and app is trash
You can't even changed the color that's the whole point of buying it. It keeps saying it crashed I never got to change the color on it waste of time and money
No Support from App
No support for App. Last update was 5 yrs ago. Unable to utilize camera. Disappointed
Not compatible with Amazon Alexa
It advertises being compatible with Amazon Alexa but when you go through the steps try to sync up a device with Alexa it takes you to the GoSund app instead of this one. Might be a programmers mistake but I’d highly advise someone look into that if you want to keep advertising compatibility with Alexa. Very unfortunate mistake and very inconvenient.
This company is trash
The app is trash, the devices are trash. They just want to steal your money and personal info.
Light bulb
I got one of these and when I want to control it and when I press is it says panel board crashed.
Welp guess that was a waste of money
I was kinda interested when I saw the lightbulb and the things on the box so k bought it not knowing that it wouldn’t work, sorry if you tried to make something that didn’t work in the first place, I’m not going to point fingers so it’s okay, I forgive yall.
DO NOT DOWNLOAD
Terrible app. It picked up the devices and set them up on my new account. Once they were set up it gave me a message that the app doesn’t support the devices(W4Light bulbs) and that I need to update the app, but there’s no update. And it doesn’t allow me to delete the devices from the app. Also, it doesn’t allow you to delete your account. It takes you to a page to click on “confirm” to delete it but the “confirm” button is not an active button.
