GIG LOGISTICS MOBILE

My experience has been very poor with the app. After scheduling a pickup in Abuja no one came to pick up and after the 3day I had to cancel. Now, since I couldn’t withdraw the money back to my bank, my only options included airtime and electricity utility. Airtime success rate is 50/50 change with risk on not getting refunded if the transaction fails. Utility doesn’t work in anyway whatsoever and you don’t get refunded. With the help of the x support team I was able to get refund after a week anytime a do one of these failed transactions.

I sent a parcel to yobe since on the 9/10/2024 and up till now the item hasn’t been delivered, I call the customer care several but no one is picking up, I keep tracking item every minute, you people are frustrating me and as a matter of fact it’s a food item

I have been trying to make EKEDC utility bill payment for ages! Now I have paid via pay utilities but meter token is no where to be found!!

Category for electronics has only 2items. Please look into this and do the needful as this is frustrating the pick up and deliver need of the customer.

The cost of waybill you charge now is extremely expensive.Our customers are complaining 😢
