Airtime and utility features are buggy and unstable
My experience has been very poor with the app. After scheduling a pickup in Abuja no one came to pick up and after the 3day I had to cancel. Now, since I couldn’t withdraw the money back to my bank, my only options included airtime and electricity utility. Airtime success rate is 50/50 change with risk on not getting refunded if the transaction fails. Utility doesn’t work in anyway whatsoever and you don’t get refunded. With the help of the x support team I was able to get refund after a week anytime a do one of these failed transactions.
