There is lots of problems with Giga Support. After 48 hours (office hrs) of no only recorded response from standard text message. Write of this Telco permanently. Zero TECH support!!!
Good service for the past few years but the recent connectivity drops to a crawl at times (even without “official” 5G support for my Apple iPhone 12 Pro 512gb Pacific Blue). Customer Service is pretty non-existent compared to yester years (was 1st batch of giga! subscribers when launched in May 2018) Fix these 2 teething issues and you will be more appreciated by the customers and giga! community members 👍🏻
Hi anyone that can tell me, why I can not not log in my account? Uninstall and install e apps, email & passwords correct not allow log in. I try click forget password, I can not receive any mail from your side?!
I bought an eSIM, thought that eSIM can use at any phone. So when I use my iPhone X n click onto my eSIM, my line cut off, n no signal at all. Send tickets for help, but only received computer generated responses, n said they will respond me within 72hrs. Send a few tickets, waited for a week, still the same. Live chat also, send message n no response
I regret it, connection is so slow the first day it’s quite fast then it starts to go downhill from there.
901am, 4th in queue. 930am app refresh and I got kicked out. 930am queue till 1130am, an agent attended to me. Halfway through the chat got ended for no reason. 1200pm queue till 545pm with no agent attending to me. Got fed up and gave up. Worst live chat ever..
“Popup has been blocked” Cannot sign into app with google.
A lot of bugs, promo for 1-for-1 giga roaming but after I buy didn’t receive any, load really slow
Customer service is non-existent. Whassap chat will be unresponsive if you require live agent, and self terminates after a while due to “inactivity”. Same goes for in-app chat. Leaving a message will not get you a reply either. Basically if you require customer service, you’re better off changing to a new provider.
