Keeps telling me to update the app in order to use it. The last update was 2 months ago, I've already updated it. But it still won't let me use the app. What am I supposed to do then 🤔🤔🤔
I have bought Giga eSIM in China, but can’t activate and the connection got problem. Try to contact giga chat, but after 6 pm, no live agent. The next day is Christmas so no agent again. Wait until Office hours, I online want to seek for help, but wait more than 40 min.. after that the chat just ended itself. I sent message also no reply. I think this is a scam, no online live agent to help , can’t refund and no way to seek for the help until the eSIM expired. The live agent is Gino if I m not wrong. I won’t buy any eSIM card from giga anymore😡😡😡😡😡👎👎👎👎👎👎👎
Very difficult to speak to a live agent - on the app, on WhatsApp and on FB messenger. Even when I used the ‘Leave a message’ function, no one came back with answers. Queued for very long on WhatsApp before I was informed that I was 4th in queue. When I reached 1st in queue it suddenly indicated that the chat closed due to inactivity?! Had to re-q and agent abruptly closed chat -claiming that there was inactivity!!
Unable to log into the app via Google log in.
Customer service is non existent. Have been trying to get in contact with the agent and nobody bothers reverting. Wake up please.
Data has barely been on 7-8msfor the past 1 year using GIGA. My phone has 4 connection bars yet the data were mostly either 2-3 bars. Rubbishly weak signal yet proclaiming to be the best telco
Am a regular traveller cos of work. I heavily depend on my overseas data when travelling - for payment, navigation, ride-hailing etc. For such a critical service, it is nowhere near reliable. Shockingly, even in places with relatively good telco infrastructure like KL and Seoul, the data connection is abysmal. If you consider overseas data critical, please be cautious. Would suggest exploring other more reliable service providers. If I could gibe zero stars for the hassle/stress I have been put through, I would.
Cannot open app.
Giga used to be great, but this year it’s been terrible. Speeds are unbearably slow, and roaming doesn’t work properly overseas. This caused serious issues during emergencies abroad. I strongly won’t recommend it to anyone anymore.
