I love this game but could you make those ”oath certificates” like even the first you buy 50% because it takes ducking long to get even one :( (or even 25& please )

Can’t change language

Krauss R on

United States

It’s ridiculous to have a game that doesn’t even offer options for different languages. What year we living in? The 80s? My PS1 had some games that at least offer 2 languages to choose from.

Steam port, please.

This game is absolutely phenomenal and I’ve had a great time playing it over the years. I got into it for the VA-11 Hall-A event, which was a blast, and I stayed for the great story and cool characters I’ve gotten to unlock and interact with. However I do feel like I’ve progressed to a point in the story where the game would probably feel better to play on a desktop or laptop. It’s a pretty big game and takes quite a bit of thinking and skill to progress across the large maps, I’d love to see this game ported to Steam or just to the PC in general, it would make it so much easier to play and so much more fun. 🙏🏻 But overall, highly recommend to anyone.

Good game but be careful

So I’m really enjoying the game I like the different types of play styles and using different strategies for each level. So I wanted to keep going and I opened my wallet to make things go faster but when you buy the gems pack you can get charged for than what they advertised. I went to buy the 10 dollar pack and they charged me 14.92 . Which is a big red flag . So it’s a good game just be careful

It’s fine, but…

I play the game once in a while, but I had to reinstall it, and it crashes while trying to log into my Game Center account. I hope this bug gets fixed, but otherwise, the game is fine. I’ve certainly played lower quality games and had a good time, so have at it, I guess.

You cannot update account contact email; good luck if you get hacked

Snowyamur9889 on

One of my favorite gacha games I play everyday. So why 1/5 stars? The game has no way of updating the email associated with your Sunborn account, which you bind your game data to. If for any reason you need to update the email on your account so you can send password resets and secure it. forget it. Want your new secure email to be part of your game account? Sorry, you need to completely start over at Lv.0 with a new account under said email. I tried contacting Sunborn Customer Support about this. All I got was, "You can't. Thanks for supporting our game." It's baffling how I can change the password used to log in to my game account, but not the login/contact email. I expect that to be a standard for any online video game, but this game doesn't meet it. If you value the time and money ypu might see yourself investing into this live service game, stay away should you need to rebind your account to a new email due to a data breach. Until Sunborn updates their account infrastructure to allow changing of email on Sunborn accounts, my review stays at 1/5. I see this as a legitimate issue with the game as far as account data and saving progression are concerned.

Cool game just outdated

Lolololsmurf on

It’s honestly a pretty unique game as far as mobile games go. The mechanics and gameplay are cool and I like how summoning duplicates can be used to build your army. The game is just horribly outdated now, with a clunky UI and laggy gameplay. Definitely and desperately needs an update

Overall

After 5 years into playing GFL, excluding a 2 year hiatus since I've gotten bored after time. I would say this. Didn't have to spend a dime to win the game, except for skins of course, which it's optional. Gameplay was fun at first, but once you get deep into the story or having to play newly added events, you start to traverse through some difficulty. What I meant by that is you'll go through an intricate of puzzles where one wrong step or even bringing the wrong team for the mission can cost you your resources and your time, making it tedious after repeat amounts of reattempts, makes it boring for me at this point. It wouldn't be challenging if there are either night battles of which you cannot predict yourself of where you're going without running into an enemy who can wipe out your team easily or maps with tons of nodes to cover. With the same gameplay over and over again, with moving one girl from here to there, made me think that I'm honestly surprised that I managed to play the game without noticing how repetitive it was, not to mention how clunky it felt to play this. The guns themselves are unique, given from eras from WW1 to modern times, offers players to choose a variety of weapons to choose. Lately I couldn't really bring myself to play the game of how I was back then. Regardless, I still have this game near my heart as I have thought of the good old days of me playing this game hours upon hours of grinding for that sweet sexy 5/7 (hoxy). On the side note, I've started to notice this game has been crashing lately, as I have never encountered this issue before long ago, which it's strange considering my ipad is still relatively up to date (iPad 8th generation).

Not dubbed

hi bye go stay on

United States

I like the game and the gameplay but there is no dub so I have to read an entire chapter before getting to play the game.
