I’m a USA citizen who was visiting the UK. While in Glasgow, I needed a taxi service to take me from the hotel to the airport. I did a search on the App Store and selected this app because it had a lot of ratings (but no reviews). I’m writing a review to help fellow travelers like me. This app worked great! It was very intuitive to use. I easily pre-booked my pickup the day before I was to depart Glasgow. While pre-booking, it gave me an estimate of the cost so I knew what to expect. The cost was reasonable. On the day of my departure, I was concerned that this wouldn’t really work out, but it worked out great. The driver arrived a couple minutes early, which I appreciated. He got out of the cab and helped my wife and me load our luggage into the trunk. He was pleasantly chatty while we drive to the airport. At the airport, he helped unload our luggage from the vehicle. I paid by the credit card that was on file when I pre-booked my trip. The driver confirmed with me the cost (and I could see the cost accruing during the trip on his smartphone which was prominently displayed on the dash). The cost matched the estimate. In all, this was a great experience—using this app and the service behind it. I gave the cabbie a cash tip which he appreciated. I’ll use this app again whenever I’m in Glasgow again.

Good service, no complaints..

Overall everything was good, but suddenly app logged me out, and cant log in anymore on iOS 18.1

I suppose it’s fine to wait 30 min for a driver to be assigned and then god knows how long for a car! I always get a taxi when I’ve got loads of time. Gave up and cancelled - to find the fare has been taken from my account. When I called I was told they had no power or knowledge of when this will be refunded. !!

When people are a little drunk, they still need to get home, my experience a few weeks ago was very poor, I had to call my friend to collect me and my wife.

Pre booked a taxi for 650, taxi was on route then driver cancelled job. Phoned to ask where taxi was as it was now late. Got informed I was number 2 in quee and that if you book a taxi it’s not guaranteed time it’s as near to. What use is that. Ended up getting Uber who where cheaper and faster

Terrible company and an absolute scam - max fare given at £26 and then didn’t have a car for hire and charged £31, disgraceful and then also decided to pap on a £5 cancellation fee for a ride that never happened

Slightly pointless app, notifications don’t work.

Love the app but everytime I use the drag and drop location pin the taxis are so far off sometimes you don’t know what street number a place is
