Makes you wait until you’ve already made half of the selections of photos for an avatar couple to tell you it’s for straight couples only. Should have lead with that and not had me waste my time downloading, setting up, and trying to use the app.
My images have been processing for weeks now, still nothing! Do not pay
I’ve been waiting 7 hours for this to send my pictures. I have nothing for my $6.99
It say could take anywhere from 30 minutes to a few hours to process photos. It has been two days now and still nothing. The customer support email they give you isn’t real and doesn’t work.
I’ve been waiting over 12 hrs for my photos and they still have not generated.
It is so wrong to have us waste our time like this. Picking out 20 pictures of my partner, and I,I do not mind paying for apps like this and it is a really good deal to get 200 pictures for $6.99. But we should be able to preview to make sure we’re getting what we pay for. I will not buy anything blindly.. I would like to see a preview of the pictures before I pay for them. And it doesn’t show you a preview. and I don’t think it’s right to pay for something that you haven’t seen yet. Uninstalled! Will find another app.
You get charged and they give you a bunch of pictures of other people then you message them and they don’t even have an active email for support don’t do it!!!!
