Glo | Yoga and Meditation App

Worth every penny! I have this app for 2 years now and I love it! I use it almost every day. There is a million of classes to choose from and all the instructors I tried so far are amazing! I love the variety of the app (from meditation to fitness). Customer support is also very helpful and fast!

I’ve used this service for about 10 yrs and it’s evolved really well. Both yoga and Pilates classes hold super high quality, with a range of teachers from medical fitness academics to softer, more spiritual yogis. No music, no unnecessary babbling. Loads of classes between 10-90 mins, all levels.

Glo has an excellent web browser where one can choose from different styles, teachers, levels, intensity and length of time. And they are all good. I have had Glo for several years now and use it almost daily. I don’t need any other way to practice yoga and feel like I learn more all the time. This is by far the best work out app I’ve tried, but I had to cancel my subscription due to the monthly cost. It’s not more pricey than a gym card, but it’s still very expensive compared to others (Asana Rebel for example).

I’ve been the most consistent in my practice ever using this platfom. So many variations so I never get board and love that I can revisit and repeat the classes which work best for my body. So much more economical than the gym and you get to tailor classes/programs for you personal needs in your own time. 10/10

I really enjoy this app. Classes are a great. Love the flexibility it provides from the workouts to the intensity, to the amount of time u have. However, it’s getting overpriced. It was 275 SEK a month to 399 SEK. That is as expensive as a gym membership at the best gyms in Stockholm that also provide childcare. I am so disappointed with this price increase. As a busy mom, this has been a great app that let’s me workout wherever/whenever on my kids schedule and now it’s just too expensive and I can’t do this and my actual gym membership. I thought 275 was expensive but now it’s getting outrageous. So sad about this but it’s just not good enough for that cost. YouTube offers classes for free so going back to that.

Classes are ok even if many seems like they’re from the 80s (especially their Hit/fitness classes). The sound is sometimes very low and the background music is horror. There are some good yoga classes and meditations- the big issue with this app is that it’s difficult to get out of their subscriptions. Over time the app becomes VERY expensive and customer service will keep on sending you standards answers (bad customer service in general). I will not come back to this app again unfortunately. After having been in contact with customer service the site appears like fake and far away from a ”good vibe yoga community”.

The app started to crash yesterday, every time I opened. Today I deleted it and re downloaded. When I logged into my account, again the same issue. I can’t use the app for 2 days now.

Good app, intuitive. Just a bit too expensive (membership)
