APP NOT OPEN. 🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️

Although the app has the camera sensor integrated since v2, it’s still lacking the support for 3rd party Bluetooth sensors. We need to become a community more than ever and it all starts in the heart. Which the work of the HMI is all about. The app doesn’t open at all on the iPad iOS12. It goes straight into the background.

App won’t open, frozen video screen appears.

When I click on the app what appears to be a video comes on but it won’t let me play it can you all help with this

I created an account/registered. The app then displayed a “play” icon as if there was a video to watch, but nothing would happen. I couldn’t press play or swipe to a different screen; the screen was frozen. I was connected to WiFi and tried force-closing and reopening the app a few times. It won’t work.

Sensors don’t work and even worse than that is they have the worst customer service on the planet and I mean that sincerely

I used to use this app years ago. I re-downloaded it and I can’t log in. I’ve tried to reset my password on the app and it glitches and says that an account is already associated with my email. I’ve also reset my email and password on both the HeartMath.com and .org sites. Still won’t let me log in. There is no email contact for tech support. I’m bummed, really wanted to get back into this. I used to enjoy it.

It’s a good idea what they offer but you don’t need to buy anything or spend any money on this stuff to send kindness and love to the world. I like the idea behind everyone working together but I don’t like being expected to pay for it. Everything this app offers can be done for free.

I will not use this app I f I have to enter a password every time I open it
