Globiance

I withdrew my xlm to by Bitrue wallet but it didn’t arrive, Bitrue said it’s because I didn’t put the xlm memo but Globiance app wallet didn’t make any provision for that. I’ve been requesting for my xlm wallet address from your team but no response. Sort that out please

Great app, intuitive interface, makes placing trades fast and effective.

Really nice app. I did notice an issue in the Quick buy where you cannot get to the % bar because it’s sits behind the Exchange now bar. Otherwise cannot fault it.

Have tried join their app and DEX 3 times their KYC keep saying can’t verify me I have been verified on every other platform and yes I am not the only one with this his problem

The app offers some great features to keep track of your crypto, making payments, transfers features. What I like the most about the Globiance/app is the reward system which is super early but long term a great benefit. The rates are great and the long term prospects with a payments card and extra little things will help to add a great dimension to the crypto world. Definitely not one to miss. I would like to see a lot more UX and UI changes to the app to help create a smoother outlook. A more modern colour scheme would help to give a more enhanced user experience. The purchasing crypto method and clicking on tickets could be better utilised. The spot functionality and history pages need some work and I hope these become more optimised and automated in some way. There seems to be too much need for user input here and Binance and other platforms have a much simpler way to do it. The wallet is nice but I think companies need to create a better experience with this. You want to feel as though you have something special or even modern and this layout for the wallet could be better. Other than that I do hope Globiance reaches a larger target audience because the work is great and the future is bright
