It’s okkkkk!!!
I open a GlocalMe account when I bought my device a year or two years ago. I guess I don’t always use the app so I do not always keep it downloaded on my phone. It did not used to cost you money. It will cost you two dollars now but it will mislead you because it will say no. You won’t be charged anything until you make a purchase but you will be purchased. Just you’ll be thinking of purchase. Just use the device. Excuse me the app but when I got back into the app because my device has been stolen and I wanted to make some changes to the settings of the the app is treating me like I have never had an account with them before and even when it brings up my name, it doesn’t even bring up my device anymore so another user friendly not very reliable and if your devices stolen you’re just rude

Connection was terrible. I wasted my money on the unit and subscription. What a sham.
Device just constantly reboots
I don’t think this company deserves even one star. Their service is awful and almost no customer service. I can’t even log into my account After multiple tries. Please stay away from this company. I have never written a review for any company either good or bad but I am compelled to write this review. That speaks volumes for the service they provide OR the lack of it.

I am very unhappy with this company they pretend that they are doing everything in their power to help you but all I got was excuses and they told me to go to the website to login and my user name is invalid so I tried with the website to register again and even then my new password is invalid so I’m very disappointed and I believe that they will just take your money and not really give you the help or fix your problems this is why I gave them only two stars
Hard to get help too
We moved from west to east coast and needed a hotspot so my wife could work remotely. Long story short, severe latency, chewed through data at an impossibly fast pace and price of data is criminal. Switched to her iPhone and it’s as if we’re on high speed internet. My bad for being in a rush and not researching enough.
