Updated service offerings are poor
When I first purchased the G2, the service was very good and WIFI speeds were very competitive with mobile WIFI. However, now with every update the service quality gets worse and worse. Speeds are horrible. The only saving grace for this device is that wherever I travel (all over the world), I have WiFi. I often think about trying something different, but I am concerned about loosing the assurance of having WiFi.
Great, and even better if data package can be made cheaper
Work well in Mexico, Korea, UK and Europe. But package is a little expensive in today's age.

App crashed after update to latest version. Please fix it asap!
Don't update if your old version app still work
New version cannot set package priority!!!
Strange and frustrating!!
I am forced to move to this new app even I have the old one downloaded and there is a data package in use. The new app fails to recognise I’m exiting user so I have to create a new user account. When I tried to scan the code of my device to bind to new app, it says I am binding existing device to additional account and there will be additional charge. In the new app, it does not show my balance and data package remained.....

I open a GlocalMe account when I bought my device a year or two years ago. I guess I don’t always use the app so I do not always keep it downloaded on my phone. It did not used to cost you money. It will cost you two dollars now but it will mislead you because it will say no. You won’t be charged anything until you make a purchase but you will be purchased. Just you’ll be thinking of purchase. Just use the device. Excuse me the app but when I got back into the app because my device has been stolen and I wanted to make some changes to the settings of the the app is treating me like I have never had an account with them before and even when it brings up my name, it doesn’t even bring up my device anymore so another user friendly not very reliable and if your devices stolen you’re just rude
