Subscription issue

I have been using Glowbe for past two months now. The experience has been awesome. But 2 days back it suddenly stopped. I tried to delete the app and reinstall it. But is asked for fresh subscription that too weekly. I want to continue my monthly subscription and get refund of weekly subscription that has been deducted from my card. Hope you will help.
