Have used it for a month/2.. then one day it can not being opened - i still have 10 months subscription left and I dont know what to do 😢

Simple exercise, clear instructions, visible effect.
App is bad
The program is nice for your skin, but the app is really, and I mean REALLY bad. I chose the paid subscription for a year but there is only one 20-day programme. And that 20-day programme is gone even though I was only on my Day 14 just because I repeat the same day programme in the evening. Horrible app
