While other apps and systems come and go, this App provides a comprehensive consideration of your condition.

Comprehensive

A relatively user friendly app which compiles records in a easily understandable format. Something a little disappointing is that twice, I have sent messages asking/suggesting but have received no reply from the designer. Overall, this app is more comprehensive that anything else on the market.

ios9 crashes

Loved this app until i got ios9, now it crashes and seizes.

Excellent app for health conscious or those who need to track.

I find this app to be excellent now, a few issues with earlier versions, but these have been sorted. Being able to filter data based on criteria such as medication is excellent - for example: A user can see how there data changes with or without / Before and after taking medication. I take my ipad into my medical appointments, SO much easier, and they all make note of the app.

Type1diabetic

Good app for basic information, you need to upgrade to input more than 1 medication but only thing is the cost to upgrade is too much. Bring the price down and I would upgrade a number of options.
