Still learning how to use this app. It could use more foods that have added fiber.
As a mostly plant based eater I hardly found any of the items I eat to add to my food diary. I tried to add foods but the amount of information needed was too time consuming. And everything is in grams rather the real serving size for things like beverages. Way too hard to use.
Downloaded the app and the low raw menu in the tables isn’t accessible, I can’t click on any of the menu selections
Reviews were high so, considering the discounted price offered when signing up…I bought it (90%off). Then I was charged full price, downloaded the app, but I had twi icons for it, so i deleted one of them but both were gone. I could not download it again. I contacted their support which was no help. Frustrated, I cancelled the automatic renewal and lost 59.99 plus allot of my time.
Muy buena , debe hacer un poco más fácil el cálculo de hc para personas mayores , gracias por apoyar nuestro entrenamiento
I like this app and have been using it for over 2-years now. The only problem I have is it appears they made an upgrade a few months ago and now I find it very difficult to switch between weight-glucose-blood pressure/rate. It appears you have to close the app and then reopen it to input or view historical data for a different parameter. It could just be me, but then maybe there’s something I need to turn on or do differently?
Also… the drop down go-to tabs on the right are white-yellow. So they aren’t obviously readable without glasses. There’s no real way to add a food. But, hey! Thanks for helping me keep track of my tests!
I inadvertently clicked through the required subscription only to discover there is not much really there that you can’t get just linking to the hundreds of free databases online. Very little value add, which explains why there is not a free trial.
Excellent reference!
