Go City -Travel Plan & Tickets

I purchased and attempted to book yours and received number of error messages from the tour company. Even though the site says to contact for booking they refuse to help online or over the phone. I called go city they sent me to the tour company and now they cancelled one of the few I was able to book.

I wasted 40 minutes trying to resolve a single reservation issue with an agent. The agent continuously offered incorrect excuses, such as claiming the slot was full, even though I hadn’t reached that step yet. Each time I provided evidence disproving their claims, the agent would quickly switch to another excuse, presenting it with unwavering confidence and then repeating it. Finally, after dragging the conversation out, the agent suggested ending it, citing its length. This experience was frustrating and unprofessional.

If you want to spend your time on an automated chat trying to get the pass you purchased and never used to work, buy this one. Otherwise, move on.

Buy your tickets direct instead of this city card. I bought a Sydney City pass for my family of 5 for AUD600. The cost of tickets for the 3 attractions was less than AUD550. I’m still waiting to see if they’ll refund the difference.

UI is a little challenging to find current bookings, until you’ve familiarized yourself, which many tourists won’t do. Performed reliably for the two-day pass we used. Had no trouble with vendors supporting it the same as a ticket.

I was charged twice. My mom was charged 5!!! Times! Don’t buy these off of the guys in red jackets in NYC!!!

Life saver i recommend it 100% it did my trip alot easier!

Pass works till 5 pm only where as Madam Tsudards and Chinese theatre and other attractions opens till 8 pm or more. Please be careful before purchasing the pass. I would suggest to buy from a genuine and transparent agency or directly from attractions and not fall with this trap.

We bought san antonio pass and its not very useful, basically you just buy once instead of buying them separately at each attraction, nothing more than that and the support team doesnt even know basics, they just say yes for any wishful question you ask and their job is to make sure you dont cancel the pass after you realize the restrictions it has.
