GO Sharing by BinBin

De app vertelt je dat je geld in je GO wallet moet zetten om te rijden. Ik zet er €20 op. Dan moet ik opeens alsnog mijn creditcard info invoeren, maar die wordt maar niet geaccepteerd, hoewel mijn internetbankieren het wel verwerkt heeft. Leuk verdienmodel hoor: ben €21 lichter, een half uur verder en in de stromende regen maar doorgelopen oor een Check.

Became the worst app ever!! Used to be such a good app but totally not user friendly anymore!

Typisch voorbeeld van een verkeerde aanbesteding. Scooters zijn van zeer slechte kwaliteit werken niet of hebben grote gebreken. Sowieso is het al Zeldzaam als er überhaupt een helm aanwezig is. Helmen ontbreken 10/10 keer. Zeer trage app waarbij de mogelijkheid om met een medewerker contant op te nemen over de abominabel slechte service niet aanwezig is. Daarbij is de taal van het hulpdeel van de app niet in het Nederlands maar in het Kroatisch. Kortom niet gebruiken. Check is beter en breng felyx terug! Weg met binbin!

Cannot log in as of recently, simply impossible. Still have some minutes left on my account but well. Terrible UI, very glitchy, GPS isn’t precise. The most amazing is it shows you all the mopeds in the area, even those that aren’t available for rent. It lets you book it for money, but You actually have to go to it and scan the code to find out it’s not usable. The helmet box does not open and doesn’t react to the app button. Most mopeds are in terrible condition, but I guess it isn’t developer’a fault. On top of that, quite a few of them just don’t drive, and if you stop your booking without moving an inch - it will still charge you, how amazing. And all of it combined with one not competitive prices in the Netherlands.

Waarom is de hele app in mijn eigen taal maar FAQ in het kroatisch?? Anyway, kan ik ondanks dat ik geld upload geen scooter rijden want moet het koppelen aan mijn creditcard? Waarom upload ik dan geld?

Je geld is maar een x aantal tijd te gebruiken, heb je het niet gebruikt, innen zij het gewoon. Dus je rijd niet, maar bent toch je geld kwijt.

I’ve been using the app for a bit. Now they’re asking you to pay for the reservation from second 1. No other sharing system does this. So if you walk to the scooter and don’t want to pay, good luck. They then said I had a problem of payment. I used to same card to pay a bundle of 10€ but there, it worked. Last but not least, I paid to go to the scooter eventually and guess what: I arrive to a scooter that I now need to scan to unlock (you used to be able to unlock via the app, like EVERY other app)and when scanning, it says the scooter is unavailable. Great team behind the customer experience folks.

Always loved Go Sharing before the update / take-over, now it doesn’t work anymore and support is only through e-mail

App werkt niet meer sinds update ik ga hierdoor mijn trein missen. Download check mensen!
