How to rent a BinBin?
1. Download the app and sign up, don’t forget to enter your payment details.
2. Use the map in the app to find the nearest BinBin.
3. Scan the QR code on the BinBin and start your ride.
4. If you’re using a moped, don’t forget to wear your helmet!
5. If you’re using a scooter, kick off with your foot to gain speed, then press the throttle to continue riding. For mopeds, simply press the throttle gently!
6. Leave the traffic behind, but don’t forget the traffic rules. Watch out for pedestrians and vehicles.
7. When you reach your destination, make sure you're in the service area and find a safe place to park your BinBin. Don’t forget to check the parking spots on the map.
8. All set? Take a photo of your parked BinBin through the app and end your ride.
Turn on notifications and don’t miss out on deals!
By turning on notifications, you’ll be instantly informed of promotions. Visit the “Offers” tab in the app to view the current deals. You can also benefit from wallet top-up advantages depending on the amount you add. Go to the “My Wallet” page and click on “Top Up” to see the benefits.

Terrible app and support service
I rented a bike, drove 15 minutes, parked, took a photo and stopped a rental, and went home. Possibly some error happened in their app because it’s full of bugs and when I opened the app hours later to rent another bike the previous bike was still under rent. I contacted support and I was told I would be charged the full price and if I’d contact them via email I’d receive a refund. After doing so and making several attempts to get a refund I haven’t received it to this day.
Bad user experience in-app
The service is good and fast, but the in-app user experience was very bad, at least on iphone 12. The navigation has an annoying bug that remains for so long without a fix. On iphone 12 you can not tap close button, or go back to previous screen, because the icons are located way too far up top. Considering Go sharing as a modern and user friendly app, i would not expect this kind of odd (and annoying) experience.
Gebruik deze app niet
Jullie hebben in Amsterdam felyx eruit geconcurreerd, prima. Ik benieuwd naar Go. Bij de eerste rit ging het al mis. De brommer parkeerde niet in het brommergebied op Adam centraal. Na een paar lange minuten, veel foutmeldingen en een hoop gedoe deed de app het eindelijk. Trein net aan gehaald. Tegoed gekregen. Prima. Vandaag heb ik mijn tweede rit gemaakt met jullie brommer. Ik huur een brommer bij Amsterdam Sloterdijk. De helmcase gaat niet open. Oké kan gebeuren. Dan pak ik een andere. Kan ik WEER niet parkeren. Weer foutmelding! 'Mag hier niet parkeren' Terwijl de brommer niet verplaatst is en in het parkeervak van het station staat. Dus ik kan niet weg (geen helm) en rollend een paar meter verderop werkt niet. Ik probeer jullie 2 keer te bellen. Geen gehoor. En ik chat mij een eind raad via de app. Niks. Ik sta op het station zonder mogelijkheid om te rijden, parkeren en een brommer die aan is en aan mijn rekening staat gekoppeld. Gelukkig heb ik geen afspraak, want een kwartier later parkeert de brommer ineens wel. Kortom: Go: schaam je als bedrijf voor deze gang van zaken. Gemeente Amsterdam: denk aan de kwaliteit als je dit soort aanbestedingen doet. En gebruikers in Amsterdam: download lekker de Check app.

Prima app
Het toevoegen van mijn creditcard ging steeds fout. Maar na een paar weken kreeg ik ineens de melding dat hij tóch was goedgekeurd. Nu werkt de app verder handig. Gebruik mijn code voor rijtegoed van 25 minuten: R5Z2OE.

Waardeloos
Wat een gezeik altijd met die app belachelijk, scooters die niet starten of sluiten, rekeningen die daardoor oplopen en geld wat ze niet willen terug storten! Oplichters zijn het niet downloaden!
