Huge Scam - don’t use!

Got charged fees over 1 year after using the scooters. They claimed that we were undercharged. Looking online, many people have been charged this. Big scam and no one is responding from their support team.

Scammers

Charged me “surge fee” on my credit card 9 months after using it in Hawaii, Waikiki. Impossible to contact customer support with a real human being. Their chat online is an AI and if you call their number it’s an AI.

Hard to park

Super easy to take a scooter but when parking it, the app always says you’re not at the right place to stop your ride and wants to charge you a 50$ extra fee.

Simple

I was not sure how easy the process would be to get the app / pay for it and ride it .Tonight I tried and it . It was so simple and fun . I wish I had tried sooner ! I’ll be on tomorrow night too !

Great app - charged 100 dollars for parking outside of zone

I enjoyed the ride - daily rate was fair. But a day later was charged 100 bucks for parking two scooters outside of the zone ( had definitely parked in the right zone there were ten other go x scooters there). Waiting for response from company

Terrible app and no customer support

The app wouldn’t let me rent multiple scooters. Scooter didn’t actually lock when I ended in the app. I was in the right place but it took 7 minutes for the scooter to finally say it wasn’t in use. Customer support still hasn’t responded to my chat help session after 45 minutes

Bad rates

VERY expensive compared to any other brand. Also, scooters must be returned back to certain areas which makes it less flexible as a mode of transit.

Charged extra for not parking in the “right” place. I thought that I did. The UI should warn you when you do this.
