We love Hawaiian Air
We always travel Hawaiian when visiting the islands. 13 of our family will be travelling to Honolulu in December and we are looking forward to flying with Hawaiian again. And we will see you again in 2024 for our trips in September and November. Aloha
Paying for bags online
I love in Canada and can not pay for bags online. It will only bring up the states for an address. It’s frustrating
Needs to be more accessible for international travellers
Annoying that I can’t pay for my checked bags during check-in process, because it only lets you pay with an American credit card
No Canadian Province option
I had to pay for 3 checked baggage checking in through the app. I had to enter a billing address. I could enter my postal code but there wasn’t an option to select any Canadian province, only US States. So I ended up using the last selection which was Wyoming.
App Does not Allow a Canadian Adress
I tried to pay with my credit card registered to. Canadian address but there is not that capability in the app. I think this needs to be worked on.

Canadian Payment Methods
The app needs to have Canadian provinces in the drop down lists for billing address when entering payments via credit card.
Great app
This is one of the only apps that lets me check in without it saying I can’t. It also gives me notifications about my flight which is very convenient!!! I love this app!
