GOAL - Football News & Scores

The best selling point for me for Goal was their live match commentary for someone like me who can’t watch the games live at work or in other occasions. They have now switched to the AI commentary. It is obviously a move to cut costs and such. It is just boring, robotic commentary that no one cares about. Also the app is getting slower and occasionally crashes and can’t load anything at all.

In the last 18 months or so the content , articles in the app have become so poor. Opinions have taken over rather than fact , analysis . Please review

But I don’t like ads too much

This was a great app when I downloaded it a few years ago. They removed ads during the World Cup which was great. Now every single time I click on the app it comes up with at least one ad straight away. I understand having ads. But they amount of ads on this app is ridiculous

The app was the best for any football news or update. But recently updated has made advertisement so annoying that has literally become unusable. Can't even read article only I see is that stupid advertisement for Amazon prime.while writting complaint also advertisement kept playing ( in the app). I understand role of the sponsors but advertisement is supposed to be played once not every 5 seconds. Please try to slove this annoying problem will be much help. I have been using for very long time.

Really like this app but would love to be able to pay for an ad free version

This was a good app when I first started using it, however as time goes on its started having more and more ads which has become increasingly annoying until the app becomes almost unusable. Not only that but now the app has been updated to a new version which looks really nice but actually removes majority of the functionality from the app. It's now extremely difficult to look at a teams fixtures or players. You have to scroll down to get to different sections rather then just having a button for it on the side menu. It now has extremely poor functionality but it does look a bit nicer. Sad that. Get rid of these ridiculous amount of ads and go back to the side bar menu and put all the functionality back into the app. Feels like it was designed by a 12 year old programmer with some artist making it look pretty. Seriously what were you thinking.

I get supporting an app with ads but this seems more like an app for ads. Way too annoying

Love the app but might have to delete it because the pop up ads are far to annoying. Take them out please
