Delivery was fast but the items were incorrect. It would be better if they’ve checked thoroughly the ordered/packed items. I have been using this delivery app continuously for 3 months now as I am an OFW would like to grocery shop for my kids who are in the PH. I dont have time to check every order as I am complacent that they will put in and deliver the correct items. Turns out my items were replaced with cheapest and did not delivered the one I ordered.
Downloaded the app and log in using my web account details but mobile app shows no account match. I created an account from the mobile app using same details. But app still showing no account found. I was able to place order through web portal and yet mobile app is still showing no account found under my credentials.. seriously, developers on this app needs to go back to school. This app is a joke.
