Put 1 star at first because after years of using this app for free, all of a sudden, without any warning or heads up I had to pay to insert a new appointment! I now need to find a new app, as I cannot afford to pay the amount requested!! I had the free version simply because I cannot use all the elements, therefore had no need. Very upset!! UPDATE: I now put 5 stars as after contacting them they set my account back to how it was and reimbursed the payment I had made. Thank you for understanding my situation and making things right!

Ho la verdione standard e mi trovo veramente bene

Usavo da anni l’app di business suite, ormai stanco di continui back out ho provato un sacco di app per prenotazione online. Questa è ottima anche perché mi sincronizza con il calendario di iphone

Durante il primo avvio dell'app si ferma allo step '3 of 3', dal quale non riesco più ad andare avanti, poiché il tasto per proseguire non compare completamente all'interno del mio display

Anche la parte gratuita ha tantissime opzioni

Finalmente ho trovato l’app giusta per organizzare i miei appuntamenti. Un applicativo con il quale è possibile inserire e gestire i propri clienti in modo semplice e completo (ottimo il servizio di importazione contatti da rubrica). L’ideale sarebbe aggiungere la possibilità di inoltrare i messaggi da app esterne come WhatsApp. Per il resto ottimo!

I have tried every app and this one is the most user friendly and straight forward. Not complicated at all! I have used it for almost 7 years. I’m a lash artist and hair stylist and being able to see my clients in the month view to see their appointments every 2 weeks etc is so helpful. I love how easy it is to add an appointment to my schedule. Love, love, love this app!! Run and get it.

I’ve been using this app for 3 almost 4 years now. Never any issue. Well they rolled out a mass texting feature to be able to text your entire client list at once. Paid of course. Well I have over 1,300 clients in my list. I only wanted to send to about 800 of them. I was moving shops and needed to let everyone know where I was going. It cost me $360 to send to everyone. $360…I wrote out the lengthy message and hit send. It only got to about 1/3 of them. You’re telling me that I spent 360 dollars for this feature to not work? So I sent an email and they kept blaming their provider. Saying it’s not our fault it’s on their end. They got back to us and said everything was fine and it did send to everyone. If your clients didn’t get it it’s their fault. I told them my number was also included in that client list, why didn’t I get it? Oh, it’s a cache issue or you don’t have an unlimited plan. WHAT?? Excuse you? You blame everyone BUT YOURSELF! Then they just stopped responding to my emails. I don’t care if it’s supposedly your “providers fault” YOUR NAME IS ON IT! You promote this feature!! You claim this! You need to take responsibility! I ended having to spend even more money to send out the text yet again. Still didn’t work. Then my own number and literally spend over 20 hours sending them all out individually. There was no resolution, no apology, nothing. I’m a small business, $400 was a huge amount of money for me. I spent $400 just to have it thrown in the trash. I had to do it all myself anyways. THEN a few days later I got texts from 2 different clients saying they were having issues booking an appointment. I sent an email, their response was, “it’s an issue on their end, it’s not our fault.” Then, I can’t make this up, the next day the ENTIRE SYSTEM CRASHES. Huh??!!! It’s almost like if you would’ve actually looked into my concern, that may have been prevented. No accountability, everything is everyone else’s fault. They can do no wrong.

Muy bueno no tengo ningún tipo de problema me encantaría poder agregar depósitos manual pero si recolecta depósitos… tengo siempre mi agenda actualizada en el momento
