buenos dias, he puesto el servicio a 20 minutos y sin embargo cuando sacan citas en vez de salir por ejemplo: 15:00, 15:20, 15:40 me sigue saliendo cada media hora. ¿Como se puede solucionar ese problema?

Sin duda alguna la mejor app para gestionar las citas. También es super facil para el cliente agendarse. La recomiendo 100% 2años usándola y sin problemas!!

Solo falta actualizar la interfaz de reserva de los clientes, sigue presentando la misma apariencia que cuando era appointfix. Por lo demás todo genial.

La verdad que tengo la opción gratuita y estoy muy contenta. Una vez hubo un problema y lo acabe solucionando rápido. De echo tengo claro que voy a pagar para enviar los sms.

Para que cambiar algo que funcionaba perfectamente? Pienso darme de baja. Actualización: El problema es que en el modo nocturno desaparecen las fechas. Se ve el calendario vacío, solo aparece la cita pero no aparece la fecha. Por lo demás, sigue funcionando bien. Reparen el modo nocturno por favor.

En la última actualización se borro toda la info de servicios , clientes , citas , TODO!!!

I have tried every app and this one is the most user friendly and straight forward. Not complicated at all! I have used it for almost 7 years. I’m a lash artist and hair stylist and being able to see my clients in the month view to see their appointments every 2 weeks etc is so helpful. I love how easy it is to add an appointment to my schedule. Love, love, love this app!! Run and get it.

I’ve been using this app for 3 almost 4 years now. Never any issue. Well they rolled out a mass texting feature to be able to text your entire client list at once. Paid of course. Well I have over 1,300 clients in my list. I only wanted to send to about 800 of them. I was moving shops and needed to let everyone know where I was going. It cost me $360 to send to everyone. $360…I wrote out the lengthy message and hit send. It only got to about 1/3 of them. You’re telling me that I spent 360 dollars for this feature to not work? So I sent an email and they kept blaming their provider. Saying it’s not our fault it’s on their end. They got back to us and said everything was fine and it did send to everyone. If your clients didn’t get it it’s their fault. I told them my number was also included in that client list, why didn’t I get it? Oh, it’s a cache issue or you don’t have an unlimited plan. WHAT?? Excuse you? You blame everyone BUT YOURSELF! Then they just stopped responding to my emails. I don’t care if it’s supposedly your “providers fault” YOUR NAME IS ON IT! You promote this feature!! You claim this! You need to take responsibility! I ended having to spend even more money to send out the text yet again. Still didn’t work. Then my own number and literally spend over 20 hours sending them all out individually. There was no resolution, no apology, nothing. I’m a small business, $400 was a huge amount of money for me. I spent $400 just to have it thrown in the trash. I had to do it all myself anyways. THEN a few days later I got texts from 2 different clients saying they were having issues booking an appointment. I sent an email, their response was, “it’s an issue on their end, it’s not our fault.” Then, I can’t make this up, the next day the ENTIRE SYSTEM CRASHES. Huh??!!! It’s almost like if you would’ve actually looked into my concern, that may have been prevented. No accountability, everything is everyone else’s fault. They can do no wrong.
