Support is second to none

It failed to create a round. Normally that’s a bad point. But sent message got a response on what to do very quickly and they had figured out what I had done to create the issue and told me a work around and said next version it would be corrected. Ok it did not work but was resolved and support like that nowadays is to be applauded! Apart from that been using it for months with no issue! Love it!

Considerate supplier

I downloaded the Hello Birdie but unfortunately at 84years of age my medical issues are severely restricting my participation in the great game of golf. I contacted Hello Birdie to inform them of my decision NOT to go ahead with purchase. I was delighted by the respectful, considerate and reassuring messages which came back from Hello Birdie. In my experience few companies have been so helpful. Most make it very difficult to “lose a purchase”. Hello Birdie is to be highly complemented on maintaining excellent ethical standards.

Great app

Been using this app for over a year now and just moved clubs. I sent in a request and Eldrick and his team sorted it out really fast. I didn’t think I would get much help but how wrong was I ! It’s a amazing app and worth every penny. If you are thinking of downloading it then do so. If you get a problem then message than and they will sort it. 5 stars from me and more. Thanks again and many thanks steve.

Looks promising BUT

Looks okay to start with but my local course is incorrect on the app. Meaning the whole use of the app would be pointless. It’s a shame as this looks like it would be great for game management for players at all levels

Very good app for gps and scoring

Downloaded this when I realised my arccos mapping was well off on my home course. The app was perfect and I got a 1 round free experience of the full version. The plays like and gps was spot on and very easy to use (Apple Watch) and the overview of the green with distances and hazards was a great touch. Easy to use to score too. Arccos have since sorted out their mapping for my course so I will use them, but if I didn’t have the paid arccos subscription I’d definitely use this and pay for the premium version to unlock the plays like and lay up distances. Pointless paying for 2 subs that do the same thing so will reevaluate next year and may well come back to hello birdie!!

Love it...

No longer have to hunt for a pencil to mark my scorecard 👍 Keeps all My scores in one place, use it every round now. Big plus is that they will listen to feedback from their users, so will keep getting better and better. Cheers

Setting up the watch

You need to upgrade your watch to the latest software for it to connect. It works well the only thing is my Bushnell watch tells you 2 hazards but hello birdie doesn’t

Great concept

Lots of the reviews mark down because of poor Apple Watch connectivity but I don’t use it so can’t comment. The app is easy to use, holds key data and the game plan is a great tool to help you round the golf course avoiding blow ups and putting you on the right track for a good score. Looking forward to making more use of it

Apple Watch function

Trying to set up Apple Watch, and it will not configure. On the watch it tells me to configure on the phone, I open the phone and click Apple Watch which says configure, and it will not work. Shame, as I would have bought subscription as I like the app
