This app used to be great. It interfaced with my Apple Watch and I could get yardages easily. Now it doesn’t work on my Apple Watch. Every time I start the app on my watch it appears to be working and then crashes and goes back to my watch Home Screen. I have reached out to tech help and they just tell me that sent my complaint to technical support and I hear nothing back. What was a good app is not worthless.

I was excited to see club tracking available this spring with the updated watch app along with explicit controls to advance holes - two improvements to overall value of the watch app, but find the more recent update has taken a step or two backwards. The primary challenge I have is that I can no longer tap on my first club (driver) as the target area appears to be behind the hole summary at the top. Secondly, having the screen reorient if the watch is “upside down” is of no value - my playing partners aren’t looking at my watch and then I need to wait the split-second for the screen to reorient. Being able to record more stats in the watch is nice - but they get forgotten, especially when recording scores for your group. I don’t think k it’s a needed watch feature.

Is anyone else having issues with Apple Watch Ultra since new update? It says downloading imagery hole 1 of 0 and then works until I move it and it basically closes after that.

If you want accuracy for scoring it’s garbage. I just used it for the fifth time and no matter what I do when entering the score , it misses scores. I had no idea my round was going so well. GolfLogix had me at a 72. I could have sworn I shot a 91. The watch and the app also do not sync up very well. Just not worth it. It is one of those apps that leaves you frustrated and aggravated.

I like the features of the app, including the lack of incessant demands to post everything on social media like so many of the other golf apps out there. However, as features have been added, the overcrowding of the interface with unnecessary buttons is annoying and sometimes difficult to work around. If immediate access to those features is required by the majority of users then they should be placed in an optional toolbar outside of the viewing area for the hole. Also, I consistently have issues with particular courses in which I have to close and reopen the course to get the initial GPS location to accurately reflect where I am. Lastly, the course load time is silly since the data could be easily stored on my phone for the courses I play regularly. I understand if an update is required, but that shouldn't happen everytime I step on the course. Overall, the app is one of the top three apps in its category and does aid in navigating a course and keeping score with applicable statistics while playing a round of golf.

The new update seems crash frequently on Apple Watch Ultra 2. Score a hole it crashes. Seems many people having issue as well. Looking for a response from company. Until then will be going to GolfShot

Until the latest updates where they seem to be trying to doing waaaay to much on my watch, it was a great app. Now it crashes on my watch every time it’s loaded. I need a refund as I only bought it for the watch capability. Useless now.

I have the Apple Ultra watch and the app closes when I try to do anything. It will not stay open. I have tried to uninstall and reinstall. Same thing. I’ve had the app for several years and just this year I have grown more frustrated. Watch no longer shows images and confusing to use. Not sure if I will continue my subscription when it ends

No service available by phone 1-877-977-0162 when out of work hours. Unintentional put break map screen shot was taken by iPhone in pocket, the access had been restricted for ever, can not use the app for all round. Don’t know how to get help.

I paid for the Plus version of GolfLogix yesterday. Tried to use the watch app today while playing, but it kept crashing and would never launch. I tried using all the ways suggested to make the Watch app sync and work with the iPhone app, but none were remotely successful. The advertised features of the watch app is what induced me to choose GolfLogix over the other golf apps. Hope I can get a refund because this app is a waste of money and can’t even provide the basic functionality of a free golf app for a Watch due to crashing on launch and failure to sync with the phone app. GolfLogix is selling a complete and utter rip-off 😣.
