Non-American that struggles with the language answered every time I was able to get through the terrible automated system. They hung up on me because they couldn’t help. I was charged for the Golfnow plus and I can’t access anything with my account.

Lost a customer today. Every single day this app claims to not have tee times at the club near me when there are clearly times. This app is garbage worst booking app on the app store

This app is awful. Every time to try to sign up for a tee time, which requires email, credit card info, etc. you are told the tee time is no longer available. You have to re enter every time to want to re try. Would never recommend to anyone. Just a very bad app and I would never recommend.

If You think you're saving money buying the golf pass+ membership, you just aren't. Paying 150 dollars or so just to have 12 bookings without fees. Ive never once been able to successfully use any of the other suppose benefits of the membership. The 10 tee time monthly credit they give never works, says it has invalid code every-time and blames it for being case sensitive. Just an easy way for them to continue to give you no discount and put more money in their pockets when in reality they do nothing but take away tee times from everyone else. also ive been using for almost a year now, they say you get golfpass points for every booking. Ive played at least every weekend the past year, still dont have more than 5 dollars of rewards points despite over 50 bookings. Overall just a terrible app whose promise to save golfers money when they simply are trying to bleed golfers dry, nothing on their site is a deal, everything comes with a caveat. Be better, this app is suppose to be for the everyday golfer who can barely afford greens fees, meanwhile this app does everything they can to attach their own “greens fees”. I will not be redeeming my golf pass+ membership.

I love this app and the discounts it offers. The Golf Pass option also pays itself off easily in discounts.

You get good deals sometimes. You get enough credits to offset the subscription fee. And overall you will save money if you use the ‘hot deals’. Otherwise you just pay the going rate. Easy to use. Good access to video lessons. You’re very restricted on using your credits and bonuses. There is ZERO customer service if you have a problem. No email address listed and no phone number to call. It says there’s an online chat available but I can’t find any link to it in the app or on the website. Doesn’t tell you all the restrictions on using credits and points. You just have to try and see what happens. Some courses you can use them. Some you can’t. Your points may be worth one amount at one course and different at another so be careful. You may want to sit on them for another course to maximize the value. If you get a credit(no refunds are ever given) back for a canceled tee time, you’re even restricted on when you can use it. It may be your money but they tell you when you can spend it. Like I said, you’ll save money but it’s very frustrating sometimes. They advertise your promo codes as “any day/any time”. Couldn’t be further from the truth. They are only good on Hot Deals and those are very limited as to day and time.

One golfer in my group had a last-minute emergency and couldn’t … when I called the clubhouse to drop the number of golfers from 4 to 3 they had no problem with it… But since it was booked through GolfNow, I had to call GolfNow because the app wouldn’t let me cancel within the 24 hour window. they still wouldn’t cancel it. I think the app is handy for finding which teetimes are available, but I will start booking directly with the clubhouse in the future because there’s better flexibility.

Got $50 gift card but not applying the $50

App has hidden rules for policies I used this app for 2 years paid 100$ to be a member just for them to give me 16$ back off of a tee time we played 3 holes then thunder lighting and rain came pouring down I called to get a rain check… 34$ tee time they credited me 16$ back.. what a joke… 3 holes for 17-18$ LOL I cancelled my membership it’s better apps who support the customers out here . Leave this one alone. 0 stars

Quick and easy to find a tee time and course nearby. I arrange all our foursomes tee times because so quick and easy. No need to worry about getting paid by friends because they pay at course. We golf at least once a week so check out courses in area. Used to on a trip to Palm Springs. Great prices and easy to use.
