Can’t login after purchase a miner
Purchased a miner two days and I can’t login back to my account, unable to do service for miner, so it’s can run. Can I tell it’s a scam?!?

Rewards aren’t quite what I thought they would be I’ve probably spent over $1500 in upgrades and I’ve made about $60 this year. I’d like clearer instructions on how the miner wars work and have a better understanding of how the rewards work
Always app errors when paying
Good concept. Started ok, but too often transactions “don’t work” despite Apple Pay taking my money. Normally they “fixed it” and updated my account with the purchased miner, however the last purchase was not the same! When I contacted gomining, they “refunded” in their tokens so I could “repurchase” in app. Problem is they didn’t give me enough tokens to cover the cost of what I already paid for. Response was essentially “bad luck”. So I paid for something, didn’t receive it, got a partial refund and they said “it’s not our fault”… 100% your fault guys. Now I’m trying to see how much of my money I can get back through Apple if any after 2 months of “investing”. A shame because it seemed like a great concept. Paid some money with Apple Pay and some with crypto because the option was there… so unlikely to get it all back. Fix my issue gomining and I would have made it 5 stars. But trust is important!
